In this tutorial I walk you through the means and methods behind non-destructive editing in Photoshop in a workflow typical for architecture. I use the all-too-familiar task (to archies) of adding entourage to an interior rendering as a vehicle to demonstrate how I use non-destructive editing - specifically adjustment layers.
